Come for another evening of poetry at the Before Your Quiet Eyes bookstore.

This month’s featured reader is Just Poets member Almeta Whitis.

Using storytelling, songs, movement, and theatre games, Almeta is known for fostering meaningful exchanges between people within a safe and culturally inclusive learning environment. A former performing arts professor, she has worked globally with diverse communities of children and adults of all ages and received many awards for her artistry.
