Come for another evening of poetry at the Before Your Quiet Eyes bookstore.

Our featured reader this month is Luke Daly.

Luke is a full-time lecturer in the RIT University Writing Program, a consultant in the Writing Commons, and a working poet.  His research interests include threshold concepts of composition and creative writing.  Luke has worked in various consultant roles in student writing centers since 2007, and he values the face-to-face quality of such environments as a missing ingredient in much writing instruction.  In his free time, Luke likes exercising, playing catch with his kid, and reading.

Don't forget to bring some poems of your own to share during the open mic portion of the event. Usually readers are allowed 1-3 poems, for a total of three minutes.
