Paula Weld-Cary has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and gardening for pollinators. She continues on the frontlines doing work for social and environmental justice. She is the author of an illustrated children’s book, Maddie Mulligan and the Monarch Butterfly. Her poems have been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and are widely published in the United States and abroad, including Atlanta Review, The Aurorean, and Midwest Quarterly.
