Jim Jordan has long been fascinated by poetry, poets and their craft, but is a relative newcomer to writing. He joined Just Poets in 2015 after meeting members David Delaney and Eric Rounds at a sonnet workshop. He has a poem in the Just Poets 2016 anthology, Le Mot Juste, and another in the 2017 anthology. He recently had two poems published in the collection Birdsong. He has begun to collect rejections for poems submitted to journals, which can be an important step in becoming a poet. In previous lives, Jim was a pilot and professor/consultant (economics).
